Simon Miccio Gallery opened its first permanent Aspen location July 2023 with an inaugural show in partnership with the Center for Art & Advocacy, featuring works by nine formerly incarcerated artists.

Located directly across from the Aspen Art Museum at 620 East Hyman Avenue,

Simon Miccio Gallery is dedicated to showcasing contemporary art, where innovation meets introspection, and where the visual language speaks about the pressing technology, social and environmental issues that shape our world.

In this curated space, we invite you to immerse yourself in the narratives created by visionary artists who harness the power of their craft to illuminate the complexities of our present reality. The artworks on display serve as a mirror to society, reflecting the multifaceted nature of the challenges we face, and encouraging people to think about the ways we all move forward together.

As we navigate the complex interplay between humanity, technology, and the environment, the artists showcased through the gallery explore where these topics interconnect. Our exhibitions urge our audiences to consider how we are all connected in today's world; confronting climate change, fast-changing technology, or the social and political changes happening around us.

Simon Miccio Gallery serves as a platform for artists who dare explore uncharted territories, pushing the boundaries of artistic expression and societal reflection. Join us on this journey through the contemporary landscape, where creativity becomes a motivation for change and a testament to the resilience of the human spirit in the face of evolving challenges.
